Battery Pack Not Charged
Before doing anything, you should ensure the battery pack is completely charged. If your battery pack does not have enough current, your Whoop strap will not be charged.
Plug the battery pack into the charger, and the other end of the charging cable inserts into a USB port. And allow the battery pack to fully charge.
